Electricity
Connected by means of high voltage 2 x 110 kV from the Výškov substation and 1 x 110 kV from the Žatec substation. 110/22 kV transformer station and 22 kV HV distribution around the perimeter of the Zone. The total power can reach up to 135 MW.
The connection fee for the reserved input of 1 MW and the implementation of the electricity connection in the standard voltage level of 22 kV is 800 thousand. CZK/MW and the investor is fully responsible for that. The owner and operator of the electricity network is ČEZ Distribuce, a.s.

Drinking water
There is a connection built from the existing DN 300 water supply system along the western edge of the area, a pumping station and a balancing tower reservoir with capacity of 400 m3 and the distribution within the Zone. The total current capacity is 10 l/s (864 m3/day) with the possibility of increasing to 25 l/s (2,160 m3/day) according to the actual needs of the Zone.
Industrial water
It is connected to the existing DN 500 supply on the northern edge of the energy center of the Industrial Zone, buffer tanks with a storage space of 2 x 1,500 m3 serve both to cover fluctuations in consumption as well as a safety supply for the needs of fire unit. It includes distribution system in the Zone. Due to the growing consumption of industrial water, the Ústí Region finished the construction of additional reservoirs and the strengthening of the pressure station in 2020.
Gas
The Industrial Zone is connected from two sources of the high-pressure gas pipeline, northern and southern ones, with a total capacity of up to 25,000 m3/hour. The distribution in the Industrial Zone includes 2 control stations and medium-pressure distribution.
Rainwater drainage
From the northern half of the area, rainwater drainage is running through two retention reservoirs into the Chomutovka River, from the southern half of the territory through 5 retention reservoirs into the Ohře River. Rainwater drainage around the perimeter of the Zone has a capacity of about 8.6 l/s from 1 hectare.
Sewage
Until the end of 2018, sewage was discharged through the Staňkovice pumping station to the Žatec WWTP with a capacity of 800 m3/day. In January 2019, the trial operation of a biological waste water treatment plant, which is located directly in the Industrial Zone, with a future possible capacity of up to 1,800 m3/day, began.
Technological sewerage
In June 2018, the Ústí Region built a technological wastewater treatment plant, incl. public piping. In the middle of 2019, its trial operation was commenced. The capacity of the treatment plant is 1050 m3/day.
