The company CTP Bohemia North, spol. s.r.o. whose registered office is at Central Trade Park D1 1571, Humpolec acquired the ownership rights to the building of Panasonic Liquid Crystal Display Czech, s.r.o. "in liquidation" (formerly IPS Alpha Technology Europe, s.r.o.) on 11 June 2013.
The German company GRAMMER CZ, s.r.o., which manufactures front, rear consoles of armrests, seats for passenger trains and other plastic equipment became tenant.
